Jake Van Gieson

Jake is a real estate broker and investor, partnered in over $100 million in real estate (including 1,000+ residential units). He has invested in every asset class- retail, industrial, office, single-family, multifamily, mobile home parks, and land. With a recent emphasis on land amidst a global pandemic, he owns more than 2,500 acres in the Upstate region of South Carolina.

He began his career at NAI Earle Furman in 2007 and became the youngest shareholder in 2014. Since 2019, Jake’s brokerage team has expanded from 5 to 22 members with 100% sales growth year-over-year.

A father of four kids under the age of eight and husband to a successful residential agent, the Greenville native loves watching Clemson sports, enjoying a backyard bonfire, and making family functions uncomfortable through his karaoke performances.

David Rosenberg

David Rosenberg serves as Vice President of Strategy, bringing over two decades of experience in accounting, finance, and real estate development. A graduate of Clemson University, he holds degrees in Accounting and Real Estate Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant in South Carolina.

For the past decade, David has owned and operated District Development, specializing in ground-up development projects—most notably 20+ successful Dollar Tree locations throughout the Carolinas. Additionally, he has developed locations for Auto Zone, AT&T, and various regional retailers. He has also served as an instructor in Clemson University’s Master of Real Estate Development program and remains an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Will Owens

As a Greenville native, Will brings extensive experience in managing multiple divisions of a business to his role at Reedy Property Group. He previously served as the President and Board Member of American Services, INC, a company that specialized in commercial janitorial, licensed security officer services, and light industrial staffing. With the company’s recent sale in 2022, Will decided to pursue a new opportunity with Reedy Property Group.

In his new role, Will will be responsible for expanding Reedy Property Group’s services to include commercial brokerage and evaluating potential future offerings. As a real estate investor and former client of Reedy Brokerage, Will has a strong understanding of the company’s operations and is excited to contribute his skills and experience to the team on a full-time basis.

Will graduated from Furman University in 2012, where he was a member of the Furman Baseball Team. He is an enthusiastic sports fan and enjoys attending various sporting events, particularly those of Clemson. When not engaged in sports, Will enjoys spending time on Lake Hartwell and at the beach on Edisto.

Jeremy Bouknight

Jeremy Bouknight, Broker In Charge at Reedy Property Group, brings over a decade of real estate experience and has been part of hundreds of transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including land, residential, office, flex, industrial, multi-family properties, and property management. Originally from the Columbia/Irmo area and now living in the Upstate for over 20 years, Jeremy is a 2007 graduate of Clemson University. Before joining Reedy Property Group, he founded and led his own brokerage, later serving as Broker In Charge from 2021 to 2024.

Jeremy’s broad expertise allows him to handle all aspects of real estate transactions with precision, offering clients valuable insights across multiple markets. As Chairman of the Board at Flourish Adoption Ministry, he also demonstrates a deep commitment to his community.

Outside of work, Jeremy values spending time with his wife, Laura, and their two sons, Judah and Bowen. He enjoys golfing and outdoor activities, which help him maintain a well-rounded and energized approach to his work. This balance of family, recreation, and professional dedication drives his success and commitment to delivering exceptional results for his clients.

Eddy Forrest

Eddy Forrest is a dedicated real estate professional with expertise across all areas of the industry, specializing in North Carolina markets. Eddy holds an MBA, bringing a strategic and analytical approach to his work. Brooke Caudill

Brooke Caudill serves as Chief of Staff at Reedy Property Group, where she works closely with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and ensure alignment across all divisions of the company. In her role, she supports senior leadership by enabling them to focus on high-impact priorities while overseeing seamless execution throughout the organization. Brooke also manages daily business operations and internal communications, ensuring that every department remains aligned with Reedy’s overarching goals and objectives.

Brooke joined Reedy Property Group in February 2023, bringing with her more than seven years of experience as a Real Estate Appraiser in Greenville. A proud Clemson University graduate, she earned her degree in Financial Management with an emphasis in Real Estate in 2004.

Alex Powell

Alex has over 20 years of commercial real estate and development experience and has been involved in over $150 mil of transactions. Before joining Reedy Commercial, Alex was the Commercial Real Estate Manager for Johnson Development that included efforts in multiple markets with a focus on leasing and development in downtown Spartanburg. Prior to joining JDA, Alex directed leasing for Moonbeam Capital Investments in Atlanta, GA, where his efforts were focused on redevelopment and leasing for distressed shopping malls and retail centers. Alex began his career in commercial real estate in Atlanta, GA and has worked with several Atlanta real estate companies and developers focusing on multiple aspects of commercial real estate. Alex received his Bachelor’s Degree from Berry College and his Master’s Degree from the University of Georgia.

Alex is a member of multiple boards and he serves OneSpartanburg, Inc. in multiple capacities. Alex is originally from Athens, GA and is married to the former Coker Gamble. They have two children, Sadie and Net.

Chandler Ayers

Chandler is a highly accomplished Senior Real Estate Associate specializing in acquisitions and dispositions across the Carolinas. With a Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University, Chandler began his career in 2017 and has since brokered over $144 million in real estate transactions.

A top-producing broker in his office for the years 2020, 2021, 2023, and 2024, Chandler has built a reputation for excellence in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties, particularly flex, industrial, and multi-tenant retail assets. His track record includes brokering over 340 real estate transactions and more than 1,000 investment properties, showcasing his dedication and expertise in the commercial real estate sector.

Gabe Grammer

Meet Gabe Grammer, a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Associate at Reedy Property Group. With an impressive background in land and commercial opportunities, Gabe has been a valuable member of our team since joining us from NAI Earle Furman. Prior to his time at NAI Earle Furman, Gabe worked at WJT III Properties and operated heavy machinery. With his dedication and hard work, Gabe obtained his Realtor’s license, allowing him to further his career in the industry.

Carl Hocker Jr.

A Spartanburg native, Carl joined Reedy Property Group in 2016, overseeing 800+ doors as Director of Property Management. In 2024, Carl transitioned into commercial brokerage, implementing numerous innovative strategies that have streamlined property services for owners and tenants alike. He utilizes his knowledge of short and long-term investment opportunities to guide the success of his client’s portfolios, providing sound advice with asset management. Carl has found early success in the leasing and sales of flex buildings, office spaces and restaurants.

Carl attended The Citadel and the University of South Carolina Upstate where he played collegiate tennis. After college, Carl spent nearly a decade at The Country Club of Spartanburg traveling the country coaching high-level junior players at camps and tournaments. As a South Carolina tennis professional and USTA representative at several competitions, Carl has transferred his knowledge and skills of teamwork, discipline, and work ethic to a successful career at Reedy.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, University of Kentucky Athletics, collecting rare bourbon and fine spirits, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter, their black Labrador retriever, family, and friends.

Bryan Kingrey

Meet Bryan Kingrey, an experienced real estate associate specializing in acquisition in South Carolina. With 15 years of industry relationships and a deep understanding of the local market, Bryan provides expert guidance to his clients in navigating the commercial real estate landscape.

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Darla Moore School of Business at The University of South Carolina. During his time there, he was a 3-year Varsity Letterman under legendary coaches Lou Holtz and Steve Spurrier. He is passionate about giving back to his alma mater by helping student-athletes manage their time and work towards their educational and career goals.

Bryan is an active member of The South Carolina Economic Developers Association and The Urban Land Institute, two prestigious professional organizations that keep him up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices. He also supports his local community as Vice-Chair of Friends of the Charleston Center, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by addiction.

Bryan and his family are proud members of Westminster Presbyterian Church, and he resides in Charleston with his wife, Anna, and daughter, Penelope.

Ellice Niedrach

Ellice Niedrach is an exceptional real estate associate based in Greenville, SC, with extensive experience in leasing and redevelopment projects, as well as tenant relations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Presbyterian College and a Master’s degree in Gifted and Talented Education from Converse College.

Charlie Pruette

With an active license from the South Carolina Real Estate Commission since 2001, Charlie brings over two decades of experience to his leadership role.

Laura Ros

Laura specializes in office sales and leasing across the Upstate, representing owners and tenants with a focus on creating long-term value and well-positioned assets. With more than seven years of personal real estate investment experience—including office, retail, flex, and single-family properties—she understands firsthand how to achieve wins for both landlords and tenants.

Before moving into brokerage, Laura led operations for Reedy’s commercial division, helping scale its platform and brand across multiple markets. A former economic development and media professional, she brings a unique blend of strategy, creativity, and community perspective to every deal.

Volunteerism is important to Laura, and she enjoys giving her time and energy to CREW Greenville and the Travelers Rest Farmers Market. Outside of work, she’s raising two energetic toddler boys—and still claims the title of one of the few Gamecock fans on the team.

Lindsey Twining

Lindsey is a commercial real estate broker at Reedy Property Group. Her passion lies in building strong relationships with clients and working collaboratively with them to achieve their investment goals. Her approach is founded on integrity, transparency, and a deep understanding of the local market. Lindsey’s real estate career began in 2014 with a residential developer, developing neighborhoods across the southeast, where she gained extensive experience and knowledge of the industry. She is dedicated to providing her clients with the highest level of service and expertise, whether they are seasoned professionals or first-time investors. Lindsey is a graduate of Clemson University and was born and raised in Greenville, SC. Her roots in the community have given her a unique perspective and understanding of the local market. She enjoys being a part of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Upstate, Greenville Homebuilders Association and volunteering at her children’s schools.

In addition to Lindsey’s professional accomplishments, she is a proud mother to Parker, Thomas, Luke, and Katherine Grace. Spending time with her husband, John, and four children, is one of her greatest joys.

Rece Morgan

Rece Morgan is the Broker-In-Charge for Reedy Property Group, LLC. Rece oversees real estate transactions in the state of Georgia, with a primary focus in the Augusta market. Previously, Rece was the CEO and President of Central Realty Holdings, where he oversaw operations and was instrumental in establishing and executing the company’s strategic goals. He also served as Chairman of the Board for four years.

Rece’s extensive experience in the real estate industry includes four years at Westplan Investors in Atlanta, GA, where he directed the acquisition, disposition, and operational activities of retail and commercial properties. He also spent five years at Stafford Properties, Inc., holding positions such as President, CEO, and Senior Vice-President of Leasing, where he was responsible for strategic planning, leasing, asset management, and property management of a retail portfolio valued at around $400 million. During his tenure at Rothschild Realty/Charter Oak Partners, Rece oversaw field operations and personnel for a $500 million portfolio of outlet shopping centers across the country, while also managing asset and property management functions and participating in project development.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from the University of Georgia, he has pursued extensive post-graduate studies in real estate, finance, and commercial development. He is affiliated with esteemed professional organizations such as the Institute of Real Estate Management, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Urban Land Institute, and serves as a dedicated member of the Nature Conservancy.

Rece has been an active member of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Grahamville, SC. He and his wife, Catherine, have three children. They currently reside in Greenville, having previously lived in Atlanta for a decade and Grahamville for over twenty years.

Josie Hollingsworth

Meet Josie Hollingsworth, an associate with a background in marketing, sales, and fundraising. She is a proud Clemson University alumna and a native of Fountain Inn, SC. While pursuing her degree, Josie was actively involved in various organizations such as CU Marketing Association, Sales Club, Women in Business, and Greek life, where she helped raise over $100,000 annually for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Josie’s passion for traveling led her to study abroad in Cyprus, where she completed a Social Media Internship. She also has experience in filming Clemson Athletics for ACC Network through her job at Clemson Video, which highlights her love for sports. Her previous job as an administrative assistant at Garrett & Garrett Commercial Real Estate sparked her interest in retail and industrial investments. To further her commercial real estate experience, Josie completed an internship at NAI Earle Furman last year.

Bennett Mahon

Growing up alongside his father’s residential property flipping business and diverse investment ventures, Bennett’s journey into real estate began at an early age. Armed with his real estate license since the age of 18, Bennett’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident from the beginning. From co-founding a fireworks business as an 8-year-old to delving into various investments and business ventures, Bennett’s fascination with investments and business has been a driving force throughout his life. Currently pursuing a degree in Financial Management with an emphasis in Real Estate at Clemson University, Bennett’s academic pursuits complement his hands-on experience in the field. Elected to serve as Clemson’s Real Estate Club president, Bennett is deeply engaged in making the Club a great experience for all of its members.

David Poe

David Poe is a seasoned real estate professional specializing in residential investment properties, with a particular focus on the Greenville and Spartanburg markets. Claudia Ruffin

Claudia Ruffin leads Business Development in the Spartanburg market for Reedy Commercial. Prior to joining Reedy Property Group, Claudia spent nine years in leadership roles with The Johnson Group, a Spartanburg-based family of companies in the real estate development, hospitality and auto finance sectors. During that time, she honed her strengths of communications, organizational development, and operational excellence. Claudia also lived in Boca Raton, Florida, where she held a global sales role with a technology company, as well as Aspen, Colorado, where she worked for the Aspen Institute.

Originally from Anderson, South Carolina, Claudia is a proud graduate of Wofford College, where she earned her BA in English. She is actively engaged in the Spartanburg community and has served on several non-profit boards, including OneSpartanburg, Inc., Spartanburg Philharmonic, and USC Upstate Foundation. She and her husband, Stuart, enjoy spending time with their two young children and their spunky puppy named Banjo.

Cason Whitmire

Cason is a Greenville, SC native and Clemson University graduate with a B.S. in Financial Management and an emphasis in Real Estate. Before becoming a licensed commercial real estate broker, he worked in Fort Worth, Texas, for a private equity group that invested in golf courses nationwide. There, he gained valuable experience in evaluating assets, structuring deals, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Today, Cason works with investors, business owners, and developers on investment, retail, office, and development properties across South Carolina, with a focus on high-growth markets in the Upstate, Clemson, and Columbia areas. His strong background in finance and accounting allows him to deliver clear, data-driven strategies that help clients identify opportunities, maximize returns, and create long-term value. He is invested in his community and driven to improve the development of the area, approaching every deal with a long-term vision for growth and opportunity.

Diane Jones

Diane Jones dedicated 30 years to Verizon in Maryland, where she supported middle management by developing methods and procedures for IBM mainframe applications.

After retiring from the telecommunications sector, she spent a few years as a residential sales agent for Keller Williams in Columbia, Maryland.

In 2015, following a visit to her son in the area, Jones moved to Greenville. She quickly fell in love with South Carolina, captivated by the wide array of activities and scenic views that range from beaches to mountains. She absolutely adores the state emblem!

Jones enjoys a variety of hobbies, including crocheting, knitting, and needlepoint. Since relocating to Greenville, she has also cultivated a passion for flower gardening and designing her backyard to attract birds. She finds great joy in observing and identifying the different bird species that visit her feeders.

Diane is an enthusiastic member of her church choir and actively engages in all the events of the Sunshine Club.

She feels fortunate to collaborate with dedicated professionals who hold deep respect for the land, their properties, and the people they meet every day.

Toni Rutledge

Toni boasts a diverse background, with experience in nonprofit and affordable housing, notably with the Seattle Housing Authority, and in multifamily property management in downtown Seattle and its surroundings. A US Coast Guard veteran, she also competes in roller derby with the Greenville Roller Derby team. Outside of work, Toni enjoys paddleboarding and outdoor activities like snow camping and biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Kelly Summer

Kelly Summer is a Transaction Coordinator for the Commercial Brokerage Division at Reedy Property Group, bringing over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. She launched her career in commercial real estate in 2007 with NAI Earle Furman, supporting the office division before transitioning into commercial property management. In 2009, Kelly joined The Burgess Company, where she secured her South Carolina property manager’s license and served as operations manager, bookkeeper, and commercial property manager.

At Reedy, Kelly is a steady hand behind multiple commercial deals – managing documents, deadlines, and communication so brokers can focus on closing. Her deep operational knowledge and get-it-done mindset make her an essential part of the team’s success. Her background gives her a unique lens on what makes deals succeed behind the scenes, and she takes pride in being the person who keeps it all running quietly and efficiently.

A proud University of South Carolina alum and diehard Gamecock fan, Kelly is also a mom of two amazing sons and two very spoiled dogs. Her go-to karaoke song is “Truth Hurts” by Lizzo—and yes, she will perform it if there’s a mic nearby.

Sam Butler

Former Charlestonian and now calling the Upstate home, Sam brings 7+ years of Real Estate experience to the Reedy Commercial Team. After graduating from Clemson University with a B.S. from School of Business in 2017, he grew a wide verse of knowledge from Real Estate sales, asset & property management, construction, and real estate finance. Prior to Reedy, he managed over 1 Million square feet of commercial retail space through the Southeast. He brings a determined drive to build the Reedy Commercial Management team and become a Real Estate investor himself here in the Upstate.

Sam grew up playing various sports and enjoys being outdoors. When he is not watching Clemson sporting events, he spends his time hiking the mountains with his wife Rachel and playing golf with friends during his down time.

Warren Bond

Warren was born and raised in the Upstate of South Carolina. He is a Clemson Graduate with a degree in Financial Management.

Before joining Reedy, he managed over 200 residential properties in the Upstate, gaining hands-on expertise in property management, tenant relations and property oversight. Warren is excited to transition into commercial property management, aiming to leverage his skills and experience to help grow the division and drive success for clients.
