Jake Van Gieson

Jake is a real estate broker and investor, partnered in over $100 million in real estate (including 1,000+ residential units). He has invested in every asset class- retail, industrial, office, single-family, multifamily, mobile home parks, and land. With a recent emphasis on land amidst a global pandemic, he owns more than 2,500 acres in the Upstate region of South Carolina.

He began his career at NAI Earle Furman in 2007 and became the youngest shareholder in 2014. Since 2019, Jake’s brokerage team has expanded from 5 to 22 members with 100% sales growth year-over-year.

A father of four kids under the age of eight and husband to a successful residential agent, the Greenville native loves watching Clemson sports, enjoying a backyard bonfire, and making family functions uncomfortable through his karaoke performances.

Laura Ros

Laura partnered with Jake in 2019 at NAI Earle Furman after serving as a project manager for a Columbia-based economic development nonprofit.  Prior to that, she was the Market Manager and Director of Client Services for a multimedia company in Columbia, SC, where she managed a robust team of sales associates, on-air talent, and reporters.

Laura’s career in real estate has evolved from administrative to operations, actively participating on the management committee for the brokerage arm. Her focus is on building and maintaining systems to support hundreds of annual transactions. Laura has been investing in real estate since 2019 since she joined the team.

Laura serves as the Treasurer for the Travelers Rest Farmers Market. She loves spending time with her husband, two young boys, and giant dog. She is one of the only Gamecock fans on the team, and her go-to karaoke song is “Son of a Preacher Man.”

Will Owens

As a Greenville native, Will brings extensive experience in managing multiple divisions of a business to his role at Reedy Property Group. He previously served as the President and Board Member of American Services, INC, a company that specialized in commercial janitorial, licensed security officer services, and light industrial staffing. With the company’s recent sale in 2022, Will decided to pursue a new opportunity with Reedy Property Group.

In his new role, Will will be responsible for expanding Reedy Property Group’s services to include commercial brokerage and evaluating potential future offerings. As a real estate investor and former client of Reedy Brokerage, Will has a strong understanding of the company’s operations and is excited to contribute his skills and experience to the team on a full-time basis.

Will graduated from Furman University in 2012, where he was a member of the Furman Baseball Team. He is an enthusiastic sports fan and enjoys attending various sporting events, particularly those of Clemson. When not engaged in sports, Will enjoys spending time on Lake Hartwell and at the beach on Edisto.

Jeremy Bouknight

Jeremy Bouknight, Broker In Charge at Reedy Property Group, brings over a decade of real estate experience and has been part of hundreds of transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including land, residential, office, flex, industrial, multi-family properties, and property management. Originally from the Columbia/Irmo area and now living in the Upstate for over 20 years, Jeremy is a 2007 graduate of Clemson University. Before joining Reedy Property Group, he founded and led his own brokerage, later serving as Broker In Charge from 2021 to 2024.

Jeremy’s broad expertise allows him to handle all aspects of real estate transactions with precision, offering clients valuable insights across multiple markets. As Chairman of the Board at Flourish Adoption Ministry, he also demonstrates a deep commitment to his community.

Outside of work, Jeremy values spending time with his wife, Laura, and their two sons, Judah and Bowen. He enjoys golfing and outdoor activities, which help him maintain a well-rounded and energized approach to his work. Meet Anna Friddle, an experienced Senior Associate with a remarkable sales track record in the real estate industry. With a focus on Investment & Opportunistic Commercial Properties, Anna has extensive experience in handling value-add commercial and investment properties.

Before joining NAI Earle Furman in 2019, Anna worked as a Sales Executive in the Information Technology industry for over a decade. During her tenure, she excelled in relationship management and identified opportunities for revenue growth among new and existing customers across all vertical platforms. When she transitioned into the world of commercial real estate, Anna brought her expertise as an IT Sales Executive and specialized in value-add commercial properties, particularly large retail centers, multifamily developments, industrial/flex properties, portfolio purchases, networking, and investor relations.

A Spartanburg native, Carl joined Reedy Property Group in 2016, overseeing 800+ doors as Director of Property Management. In 2024, Carl transitioned into commercial brokerage, implementing numerous innovative strategies that have streamlined property services for owners and tenants alike. He utilizes his knowledge of short and long-term investment opportunities to guide the success of his client’s portfolios, providing sound advice with asset management. Carl has found early success in the leasing and sales of flex buildings, office spaces and restaurants.

Carl attended The Citadel and the University of South Carolina Upstate where he played collegiate tennis. After college, Carl spent nearly a decade at The Country Club of Spartanburg traveling the country coaching high-level junior players at camps and tournaments. As a South Carolina tennis professional and USTA representative at several competitions, Carl has transferred his knowledge and skills of teamwork, discipline, and work ethic to a successful career at Reedy.

Meet Josie Hollingsworth, an associate with a background in marketing, sales, and fundraising. She is a proud Clemson University alumna and a native of Fountain Inn, SC. While pursuing her degree, Josie was actively involved in various organizations such as CU Marketing Association, Sales Club, Women in Business, and Greek life, where she helped raise over $100,000 annually for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Josie’s passion for traveling led her to study abroad in Cyprus, where she completed a Social Media Internship. She also has experience in filming Clemson Athletics for ACC Network through her job at Clemson Video, which highlights her love for sports. Rece Morgan

Rece Morgan is the Broker-In-Charge for Reedy Property Group, LLC. Rece oversees real estate transactions in the state of Georgia, with a primary focus in the Augusta market. Previously, Rece was the CEO and President of Central Realty Holdings, where he oversaw operations and was instrumental in establishing and executing the company’s strategic goals. He also served as Chairman of the Board for four years.

Rece’s extensive experience in the real estate industry includes four years at Westplan Investors in Atlanta, GA, where he directed the acquisition, disposition, and operational activities of retail and commercial properties. He also spent five years at Stafford Properties, Inc., holding positions such as President, CEO, and Senior Vice-President of Leasing, where he was responsible for strategic planning, leasing, asset management, and property management of a retail portfolio valued at around $400 million. During his tenure at Rothschild Realty/Charter Oak Partners, Rece oversaw field operations and personnel for a $500 million portfolio of outlet shopping centers across the country, while also managing asset and property management functions and participating in project development.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from the University of Georgia, he has pursued extensive post-graduate studies in real estate, finance, and commercial development. Michael Parrado

Michael Parrado is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience in residential and commercial transactions. Michael started his career in Charleston, SC, where he quickly became a top-performing agent. Consistently ranking in the top 10% of brokers, he earned Realtor of Distinction recognition from the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. He worked extensively with homebuyers, sellers, and developers, including representing a $100M builder client. As Broker-in-Charge at Accolent Real Estate Co., he managed commercial lease renewals, subleasing, and financial analysis, helping businesses and investors make informed property decisions.

Jenks Patrick

Jenks has two degrees from Clemson University including a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. Jenks was introduced to real estate at an early age- his grandfather, Clyde D. Jenkins, founded Jenks Inc. Realty in 1963. Before reviving Jenks Inc. Realty in 2006, he worked at Thermal Ceramics in Augusta, Georgia and the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR) on the initial business planning, purchasing, marketing, and development of the campus. Jenks joined Reedy Property Group in fall of 2024, after serving as the Broker in Charge for Jenks Inc. Realty for eighteen years.

Jenks is also an avid outdoorsman who has been involved in timberland management most of his adult life. Jenks is married to Emily Andersen Patrick and they are members of the Greenville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church where he serves as the Chairman of the Diaconate. They have two daughters (Ella Grace, 15 and Mary Deck, 12). Jenks is currently serving on the YMCA of Greenville Metro Board and previously on the YMCA Camp Greenville Advisory Board.

David Poe

Alex Powell

Alex has over 20 years of commercial real estate and development experience and has been involved in over $150 mil of transactions. Before joining Reedy Commercial, Alex was the Commercial Real Estate Manager for Johnson Development that included efforts in multiple markets with a focus on leasing and development in downtown Spartanburg. Prior to joining JDA, Alex directed leasing for Moonbeam Capital Investments in Atlanta, GA, where his efforts were focused on redevelopment and leasing for distressed shopping malls and retail centers. Alex began his career in commercial real estate in Atlanta, GA and has worked with several Atlanta real estate companies and developers focusing on multiple aspects of commercial real estate. Alex received his Bachelor’s Degree from Berry College and his Master’s Degree from the University of Georgia.

Alex is a member of multiple boards and he serves OneSpartanburg, Inc. in multiple capacities. Alex is originally from Athens, GA and is married to the former Coker Gamble. They have two children, Sadie and Net.

John Stillwell

John Stillwell is one of the most experienced and successful land brokers in Upstate South Carolina. Since 2007 he has provided the highest level of professional representation to his clients in the sale and acquisition of timberland, farm, rural residential and investment/development acreage. John is licensed as a real estate agent in both South Carolina and Georgia.

John graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Forest Resource Management, working for several years as a consulting forester with SMBH, Inc. in Sumter, SC and Richmond, VA. He then completed graduate studies at the University of Georgia, earning his MBA from the Terry College of Business, after which he worked in ecommerce marketing and sales training with Rockwell Automation, an industrial automation company. John started his real estate career with Jenks Inc Realty in 2007 and was an agent and Director of Land Sales there for 17 years until joining Reedy Land Company in 2024. His hands-on work experience with forestry, wildlife management, marketing and sales, as well as his years of experience in land brokerage provides his clients with an edge in any real estate transaction.

John has a love for land management and conservation. He is a life-long outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time and is a passionate Clemson fan. He is an Emeritus board member and past President of the Greenville Clemson Club, serves as President of the Foothills Branch of the National Deer Association, and is also a member of the National Wild Turkey Federation, Turkeys For Tomorrow, and Ducks Unlimited. Lindsey is a graduate of Clemson University and was born and raised in Greenville, SC. Her roots in the community have given her a unique perspective and understanding of the local market. Tyler Whims is an associate with a specialty in land acquisition at Reedy Land Co. He graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Construction and Science Management, along with a minor in Business Marketing. Tyler’s passion for problem-solving led him to work with Fluor Enterprises Inc., where he gained experience in operations management and cost evaluation. After that, he joined Reedy Property Group as the director of construction services, and he now holds an advisory position with the company.

Tyler is motivated by helping others achieve their goals and analyzing investments, which led him to join NAI Earle Furman in February 2021. He worked with the Huff Creek Properties team and helped grow the land division’s sales by over five times its previous amount. Tyler’s 10+ years of project management experience, investment management, finance, and seven years of experience with Reedy Property Group have given him a unique perspective. He is committed to maximizing returns for investors and completing transactions with a high level of competence.

Tanner Wilhelm is a dedicated land sales associate with a focus on Southern Greenville County and Northern Anderson County. He has quickly made a name for himself in the real estate industry, specializing in land transactions and bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every deal. Brooke Caudill

Brooke recently joined Reedy Property Group in February 2023 and serves as Operations Coordinator for the Commercial and Property Management divisions. She brings a wealth of experience garnered from a diverse range of roles over the past decade. Prior to her work-from-home stints, Brooke worked as a Real Estate Appraiser in Greenville for seven years, having earned her degree in Financial Management with an emphasis in Real Estate from Clemson University in 2004.

At Reedy Property Group, Brooke is responsible for supporting the Brokers with administrative tasks, as well as contributing to the onboarding of new members to the commercial property management team. Despite her busy schedule, which includes raising four active boys who are involved in a variety of extracurricular activities, Brooke remains committed to delivering excellent work at all times.

Blair Duncan serves as the Listing and Marketing Specialist for the Commercial and Land divisions. She brings her extensive experience in education, non-profit work, marketing, and entrepreneurship to our team. Her background includes serving as an elementary school teacher, where she shaped the minds of 3rd and 5th grade students. Blair holds both a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Masters of Education from Anderson University in Anderson, South Carolina.

In addition to her education experience, Blair is well-versed in non-profit management, having expertise in board development, fundraising, and special events. She is a skilled entrepreneur and the owner of BE Organized, LLC, a successful professional organizing and home services company.

Diane Jones

Diane Jones dedicated 30 years to Verizon in Maryland, where she supported middle management by developing methods and procedures for IBM mainframe applications.

After retiring from the telecommunications sector, she spent a few years as a residential sales agent for Keller Williams in Columbia, Maryland.

In 2015, following a visit to her son in the area, Jones moved to Greenville. She quickly fell in love with South Carolina, captivated by the wide array of activities and scenic views that range from beaches to mountains. She absolutely adores the state emblem!

Jones enjoys a variety of hobbies, including crocheting, knitting, and needlepoint. Since relocating to Greenville, she has also cultivated a passion for flower gardening and designing her backyard to attract birds. She finds great joy in observing and identifying the different bird species that visit her feeders.

Diane is an enthusiastic member of her church choir and actively engages in all the events of the Sunshine Club.

A US Coast Guard veteran, she also competes in roller derby with the Greenville Roller Derby team. Outside of work, Toni enjoys paddleboarding and outdoor activities like snow camping and biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Former Charlestonian and now calling the Upstate home, Sam brings 7+ years of Real Estate experience to the Reedy Commercial Team. After graduating from Clemson University with a B.S. from School of Business in 2017, he grew a wide verse of knowledge from Real Estate sales, asset & property management, construction, and real estate finance. Prior to Reedy, he managed over 1 Million square feet of commercial retail space through the Southeast. He brings a determined drive to build the Reedy Commercial Management team and become a Real Estate investor himself here in the Upstate.

Sam grew up playing various sports and enjoys being outdoors. When he is not watching Clemson sporting events, he spends his time hiking the mountains with his wife Rachel and playing golf with friends during his down time.

Rick Lowery

Upon earning his degree from the University of South Carolina, Rick embarked on a distinguished career, spanning three decades, initially as an entrepreneur in the Washington DC area. During this period, he owned and operated multiple Mobil Oil stations. In 2005, Rick returned to his hometown of Greenville, marking a pivotal moment in his professional journey.

For the subsequent 15 years, Rick contributed significantly to SYNNEX Corp, holding the role of Director of Product Management. In this capacity, he oversaw a team of over 50 Project Managers across various states, in addition to managing a team based in the Philippines. Rick’s commitment to precision and excellence played a pivotal role in the success of his projects and the overall efficacy of the teams under his supervision.

Retiring in early 2023, Rick made a deliberate decision to re-enter the workforce, seeking a new and invigorating career in commercial property management at Reedy Property Group.
