Jake Van Gieson

Jake is a real estate broker and investor, partnered in over $100 million in real estate (including 1,000+ residential units). He has invested in every asset class- retail, industrial, office, single-family, multifamily, mobile home parks, and land. With a recent emphasis on land amidst a global pandemic, he owns more than 2,500 acres in the Upstate region of South Carolina.

He began his career at NAI Earle Furman in 2007 and became the youngest shareholder in 2014. Since 2019, Jake’s brokerage team has expanded from 5 to 22 members with 100% sales growth year-over-year.

A father of four kids under the age of eight and husband to a successful residential agent, the Greenville native loves watching Clemson sports, enjoying a backyard bonfire, and making family functions uncomfortable through his karaoke performances.

Laura Ros

Laura partnered with Jake in 2019 at NAI Earle Furman after serving as a project manager for a Columbia-based economic development nonprofit.  Prior to that, she was the Market Manager and Director of Client Services for a multimedia company in Columbia, SC, where she managed a robust team of sales associates, on-air talent, and reporters.

Laura’s career in real estate has evolved from administrative to operations, actively participating on the management committee for the brokerage arm. Her focus is on building and maintaining systems to support hundreds of annual transactions. Laura has been investing in real estate since 2019 since she joined the team.

Laura serves as the Treasurer for the Travelers Rest Farmers Market. She loves spending time with her husband, two young boys, and giant dog. She is one of the only Gamecock fans on the team, and her go-to karaoke song is “Son of a Preacher Man.”

Will Owens

As a Greenville native, Will brings extensive experience in managing multiple divisions of a business to his role at Reedy Property Group. He previously served as the President and Board Member of American Services, INC, a company that specialized in commercial janitorial, licensed security officer services, and light industrial staffing. With the company’s recent sale in 2022, Will decided to pursue a new opportunity with Reedy Property Group.

In his new role, Will will be responsible for expanding Reedy Property Group’s services to include commercial brokerage and evaluating potential future offerings. As a real estate investor and former client of Reedy Brokerage, Will has a strong understanding of the company’s operations and is excited to contribute his skills and experience to the team on a full-time basis.

Will graduated from Furman University in 2012, where he was a member of the Furman Baseball Team. He is an enthusiastic sports fan and enjoys attending various sporting events, particularly those of Clemson. When not engaged in sports, Will enjoys spending time on Lake Hartwell and at the beach on Edisto.

Chandler Ayers

Chandler, a highly accomplished senior real estate associate, specializes in acquisitions and dispositions and is based in the Carolinas. With a Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University, Chandler commenced his career in 2017 at NAI Earle Furman and has since facilitated real estate transactions worth over $100 million.

His exceptional performance earned him the distinction of being the top-producing broker in his office in 2020 and 2021. Chandler’s proficiency lies in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties, with a strong focus on flex and industrial assets. He has brokered an impressive 250+ transactions and over 950+ investment properties. Within the past 12 months, Chandler and his team have brokered over 40 industrial buildings.

Anderson Drake

Introducing Anderson, a highly skilled land broker at Reedy Land Co., a distinguished division of the renowned Reedy Property Group in Greenville, SC. Born and raised in the region, Anderson possesses an innate knowledge and profound appreciation of the local real estate market, which he leverages to provide exceptional service to his clients. In 2019, he earned his bachelor’s degree from The Citadel, where he excelled both academically and athletically as a Division II rugby player. During his time in college, Anderson also served as the VP of the Ducks Unlimited chapter and studied abroad in Spain.

After graduation, Anderson embarked on a business development career at TD SYNNEX before shifting his focus to real estate. He started as a land associate at NAI Earle Furman, where he honed his skills for one year before joining Reedy Land Co. Anderson’s passion for helping people and his love for the outdoors make him an ideal partner for buyers and sellers. He takes immense pride in providing his clients with unparalleled support and guidance throughout the real estate process.

Beyond his professional commitments, Anderson enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Carson, and their two dogs, Copper and Buoy. He also has a passion for barbecue, Ole Miss football, and hunting. With his B.A. degree from The Citadel, Anderson is well-equipped to navigate the complexities and nuances of the real estate industry and provide his clients with top-notch service.

Knox Duncan

Knox Duncan is a skilled Associate with expertise in Land, Investment Acquisitions, and Dispositions. Knox is a proud native of Greenville, South Carolina and a graduate of Clemson University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Management. During his time at Clemson, Knox was an entrepreneurial spirit, founding and managing several successful businesses. One notable venture allowed property owners to lease land efficiently, resulting in new income streams.

Knox began his real estate career in 2021 with NAI Earle Furman and Huff Creek Properties, where he honed his skills and developed his passion for helping investors manage their portfolios. In 2023, Knox joined Reedy Property Group to spearhead the initiation of Reedy’s Brokerage Division. Knox has cultivated a broad network of relationships throughout the state, making him an invaluable resource for his clients. Since joining the industry, Knox has played a pivotal role in the brokerage of thousands of Upstate acres and over $25 Million in total real estate value. He is personally invested in retail, single-family, and land asset classes.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Knox is the proud father of a Black Labrador Retriever named Java, born on November 18th, 2022. He treasures time on his 2005 John Deere 5303 Tractor and smooth jazz.

Anna Friddle

Meet Anna Friddle, an experienced Senior Associate with a remarkable sales track record in the real estate industry. With a focus on Investment & Opportunistic Commercial Properties, Anna has extensive experience in handling value-add commercial and investment properties.

Before joining NAI Earle Furman in 2019, Anna worked as a Sales Executive in the Information Technology industry for over a decade. During her tenure, she excelled in relationship management and identified opportunities for revenue growth among new and existing customers across all vertical platforms. When she transitioned into the world of commercial real estate, Anna brought her expertise as an IT Sales Executive and specialized in value-add commercial properties, particularly large retail centers, multifamily developments, industrial/flex properties, portfolio purchases, networking, and investor relations.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Furman University, which she earned in 2005. In addition, she is an active member of various professional associations such as the United Way’s Young Leaders Society and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) as well as serving as a former Board Member of the BBB (Better Business Bureau) Events/Member Relations Committee.

Josh Glunt

Meet Josh, and experienced Real Estate Associate in Greenville SC with a background in civil engineering and a member of the Huff Creek Team – the timber and recreational land division of NAI Earle Furman. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University (2007) and has over 15 years of experience as a civil engineer, designing and managing infrastructure improvement projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars across the state. With a focus on business development efforts in the upstate, Josh brings extensive expertise to the rural acreage market, providing comprehensive assistance to clients with acquisitions and dispositions of recreational land, timber, farming operations, and development. Possessing a professional license as a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE #29525) and serving as an APWA Upstate Board Member and ASCE Member, Josh is well-connected within the industry and actively engaged in professional organizations.

Gabe Grammer

Meet Gabe Grammer, a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Associate at Reedy Property Group. With an impressive background in land and commercial opportunities, Gabe has been a valuable member of our team since joining us from NAI Earle Furman. Prior to his time at NAI Earle Furman, Gabe worked at WJT III Properties and operated heavy machinery. With his dedication and hard work, Gabe obtained his Realtor’s license, allowing him to further his career in the industry.

Carl Hocker

Josie Hollingsworth

Meet Josie Hollingsworth, an associate with a background in marketing, sales, and fundraising. She is a proud Clemson University alumna and a native of Fountain Inn, SC. While pursuing her degree, Josie was actively involved in various organizations such as CU Marketing Association, Sales Club, Women in Business, and Greek life, where she helped raise over $100,000 annually for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Josie’s passion for traveling led her to study abroad in Cyprus, where she completed a Social Media Internship. She also has experience in filming Clemson Athletics for ACC Network through her job at Clemson Video, which highlights her love for sports. Her previous job as an administrative assistant at Garrett & Garrett Commercial Real Estate sparked her interest in retail and industrial investments. To further her commercial real estate experience, Josie completed an internship at NAI Earle Furman last year.

During her free time, Josie enjoys attending concerts, staying active, traveling, and spending quality time with her loved ones over chips and dip. She is an excellent addition to any real estate team, and her diverse skill set will undoubtedly benefit her clients. She holds a B.S. in Marketing, a B.A. in Communication, and a Minor in Business Administration from Clemson University.

Bryan Kingrey

Meet Bryan Kingrey, an experienced real estate associate specializing in acquisition in South Carolina. With 15 years of industry relationships and a deep understanding of the local market, Bryan provides expert guidance to his clients in navigating the commercial real estate landscape.

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Darla Moore School of Business at The University of South Carolina. During his time there, he was a 3-year Varsity Letterman under legendary coaches Lou Holtz and Steve Spurrier. He is passionate about giving back to his alma mater by helping student-athletes manage their time and work towards their educational and career goals.

Bryan is an active member of The South Carolina Economic Developers Association and The Urban Land Institute, two prestigious professional organizations that keep him up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices. He also supports his local community as Vice-Chair of Friends of the Charleston Center, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by addiction.

Bryan and his family are proud members of Westminster Presbyterian Church, and he resides in Charleston with his wife, Anna, and daughter, Penelope.

Bennett Mahon

Growing up alongside his father’s residential property flipping business and diverse investment ventures, Bennett’s journey into real estate began at an early age. Armed with his real estate license since the age of 18, Bennett’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident from the beginning. From co-founding a fireworks business as an 8-year-old to delving into various investments and business ventures, Bennett’s fascination with investments and business has been a driving force throughout his life. Currently pursuing a degree in Financial Management with an emphasis in Real Estate at Clemson University, Bennett’s academic pursuits complement his hands-on experience in the field. Elected to serve as Clemson’s Real Estate Club president, Bennett is deeply engaged in making the Club a great experience for all of its members.

Davin McRoberts

Davin McRoberts grew up in Spartanburg County and graduated from North Greenville University with a bachelor’s degree in international business. After working for a few businesses out of college, he returned to SCTool Corp, a manufacturer of high-performance, carbide cutting tools, as a partner in 2017. He was an integral part in helping grow the company into a multi-million dollar business.

With real estate always being a huge passion of his, Davin entered the real estate business the old-fashioned way. He has purchased and sold several houses in the past decade, along with leading his family’s initiative of commercial real estate within his family’s holding company, McRoberts and Company Real Estate, LLC. Both experiences initiated his desire to dive into brokering real estate.

He began his real estate career in the beginning of 2021 and dove in headfirst within the residential market. He has helped various clients navigate through multiple real estate transactions, securing several million dollars in volume.
Davin is extremely excited to build on his real estate skills within the commercial space. His goal is to be the hardest working, client-focused commercial broker. He was raised to be a problem solver and to get the job done, both quickly and efficiently and translates that to his clients daily.

The Spartanburg native loves spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, and playing golf. Davin is a husband to Christina McRoberts who’s also very invested in the growth of the Upstate Community and a proud father of three children under nine.

Logan Mitchell

Logan, a new resident of the Greenville community, brings a rich history of connection to the area, having attended Furman football games throughout his life, inspired by his father’s legacy on the field. Raised by two residential real estate agents in Charleston, he absorbed a strong foundation in the real estate industry from an early age.

Logan graduated with a degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville, Virginia. Before earning his degree, Logan gained invaluable experience as an intern at Enterprise Holdings, where he honed his skills in client relations and sales.

Rece Morgan

Rece Morgan is the Broker-In-Charge for Reedy Property Group, LLC. Rece oversees real estate transactions in the state of Georgia, with a primary focus in the Augusta market. Previously, Rece was the CEO and President of Central Realty Holdings, where he oversaw operations and was instrumental in establishing and executing the company’s strategic goals. He also served as Chairman of the Board for four years.

Rece’s extensive experience in the real estate industry includes four years at Westplan Investors in Atlanta, GA, where he directed the acquisition, disposition, and operational activities of retail and commercial properties. He also spent five years at Stafford Properties, Inc., holding positions such as President, CEO, and Senior Vice-President of Leasing, where he was responsible for strategic planning, leasing, asset management, and property management of a retail portfolio valued at around $400 million. During his tenure at Rothschild Realty/Charter Oak Partners, Rece oversaw field operations and personnel for a $500 million portfolio of outlet shopping centers across the country, while also managing asset and property management functions and participating in project development.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from the University of Georgia, he has pursued extensive post-graduate studies in real estate, finance, and commercial development. He is affiliated with esteemed professional organizations such as the Institute of Real Estate Management, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Urban Land Institute, and serves as a dedicated member of the Nature Conservancy.

Rece has been an active member of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Grahamville, SC. He and his wife, Catherine, have three children. They currently reside in Greenville, having previously lived in Atlanta for a decade and Grahamville for over twenty years.

Ellice Niedrach

Ellice Niedrach is an exceptional real estate associate based in Greenville, SC, with extensive experience in leasing and redevelopment projects, as well as tenant relations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Presbyterian College and a Master’s degree in Gifted and Talented Education from Converse College.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Ellice spent ten years teaching elementary school. Alex Powell

Charlie Pruette

Charlie left his nomadic childhood behind and settled in Greenville for good in 1991.  Having ping-ponged between Florida and South Carolina and living in 11 houses before graduating high school, the instinct to buy and sell real estate came as naturally as running from the alligators in his front yards.

“Even when I lived in Florida, I always knew I’d end up back in Greenville.  And this was way back in the Eighties before Greenville became what it is today!  It’s a beautiful area of course but it’s the warmth of the people in our community that just always made this feel like home to me.”

Wofford College and Florida State University (BS, ’90) prepared Charlie for his varied career path that included stints with Swift Transportation, TELECO/OmniCall Telecommunications, Open House Realty and now Reedy Property Group.

He and his wife Kim traveled to China in ’05 and again in ’09 to adopt their two daughters.  “Spending a month in China really opened my eyes to just how beautiful our country is and I’m proud to work in an industry that improves the lifestyles we all enjoy and often take for granted.”

Chase Styles

Meet Chase Styles, a Greenville-based real estate associate specializing in land sales and investment acquisitions. As a Pickens County native, Chase’s love for land began at a young age while working for his family’s grading, development, and utility businesses.

After serving in the Marine Corps and completing a career in sales at Farm Bureau Insurance, Chase pursued his passion for real estate. With one year of experience as a Land Associate at NAI Earle Furman and now at Reedy Land Co, Chase brings extensive knowledge of land use and development strategies to his clients. He specializes in timber, recreational, and commercial land tracts, keeping up with market changes to provide the best possible service.

Aside from work, Chase enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs, and engaging in outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and working on their family farm. He is also a volunteer firefighter for the Pickens City Fire Department and an active committee member of the SC Farm Bureau Federation and National Wild Turkey Federation.

Tripp Taylor

William James Taylor III (Tripp) is a highly accomplished real estate professional with a proven track record of over $40 million in land sales and over 3,500 acres sold. Lindsey Twining

Lindsey is a commercial real estate broker at Reedy Property Group. Her passion lies in building strong relationships with clients and working collaboratively with them to achieve their investment goals. Her approach is founded on integrity, transparency, and a deep understanding of the local market. Lindsey’s real estate career began in 2014 with a residential developer, developing neighborhoods across the southeast, where she gained extensive experience and knowledge of the industry. She is dedicated to providing her clients with the highest level of service and expertise, whether they are seasoned professionals or first-time investors. Lindsey is a graduate of Clemson University and was born and raised in Greenville, SC. Her roots in the community have given her a unique perspective and understanding of the local market. She enjoys being a part of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Upstate, and volunteering at her children’s schools.

In addition to Lindsey’s professional accomplishments, she is a proud mother of three young boys, Parker, Thomas and Luke. Spending time with her husband, John, and three boys is one of her greatest joys.

Tyler Whims

Tyler Whims is an associate with a specialty in land acquisition at Reedy Land Co. He graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Construction and Science Management, along with a minor in Business Marketing. Tyler’s passion for problem-solving led him to work with Fluor Enterprises Inc., where he gained experience in operations management and cost evaluation. After that, he joined Reedy Property Group as the director of construction services, and he now holds an advisory position with the company.

Tyler is motivated by helping others achieve their goals and analyzing investments, which led him to join NAI Earle Furman in February 2021. He worked with the Huff Creek Properties team and helped grow the land division’s sales by over five times its previous amount. Tyler’s 10+ years of project management experience, investment management, finance, and seven years of experience with Reedy Property Group have given him a unique perspective. He is committed to maximizing returns for investors and completing transactions with a high level of competence.

Tanner Wilhelm

Tanner Wilhelm was born and raised in Northeast Alabama along the banks of Lake Guntersville and in the sprawling hills of Sand Mountain. Upon high school graduation, he received a football scholarship to play for Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina. Tanner graduated with a bachelors degree in history and a minor in secondary-education.

Tanner started working for Duncan Creek Land Co., a land development team, in 2021. Working with Duncan Creek Land Co., he assisted in developing 20+ properties for Huff Creek Properties and Reedy Land Co along the upstate of South Carolina. This experience provided him with a unique education, that can be applied to real estate, on the variance and nuance that each property carries, as well as methods of adding value to a property.

Tanner enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, football and playing with his dog, Bud.

Brooke Caudill

Brooke recently joined Reedy Property Group in February 2023 and serves as Operations Coordinator for the Commercial and Property Management divisions. She brings a wealth of experience garnered from a diverse range of roles over the past decade. Prior to her work-from-home stints, Brooke worked as a Real Estate Appraiser in Greenville for seven years, having earned her degree in Financial Management with an emphasis in Real Estate from Clemson University in 2004.

At Reedy Property Group, Brooke is responsible for supporting the Brokers with administrative tasks, as well as contributing to the onboarding of new members to the commercial property management team. Despite her busy schedule, which includes raising four active boys who are involved in a variety of extracurricular activities, Brooke remains committed to delivering excellent work at all times.

Blair Duncan

Blair Duncan serves as Operations Coordinator for the Commercial division. She brings her extensive experience in education, non-profit management, and entrepreneurship to our team. Her background includes serving as an elementary school teacher in Greenville County Schools, where she helped shape the minds of young students. Blair holds both a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Education from Anderson University in Anderson, South Carolina.

In addition to her education experience, Blair is also well-versed in non-profit management, having expertise in board development, fundraising, and special events. She is a skilled entrepreneur and the owner of BE Organized, LLC, a successful professional organizing and home services company. Blair’s diverse skillset and passion for excellence make her an asset to any organization.

Toni Rutledge

Toni boasts a diverse background, with experience in nonprofit and affordable housing, notably with the Seattle Housing Authority, and in multifamily property management in downtown Seattle and its surroundings. A US Coast Guard veteran, she also competes in roller derby with the Greenville Roller Derby team. Outside of work, Toni enjoys paddleboarding and outdoor activities like snow camping and biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Mary Lanier Stepp

Mary Lanier joined the Reedy team as operations coordinator in June of 2023. Transitioning from a rewarding career as an educator, she is thrilled to start a new journey in the world of commercial real estate. Mary Lanier’s enthusiasm for working with people shines in her desire to be a part of the fun-loving and positive work environment here at Reedy, where collaboration and positivity flourish. Additionally, witnessing the remarkable growth of Greenville, SC, is a definite bonus.

Sam Butler

Former Charlestonian and now calling the Upstate home, Sam brings 7+ years of Real Estate experience to the Reedy Commercial Team. After graduating from Clemson University with a B.S. from School of Business in 2017, he grew a wide verse of knowledge from Real Estate sales, asset & property management, construction, and real estate finance. Prior to Reedy, he managed over 1 Million square feet of commercial retail space through the Southeast. He brings a determined drive to build the Reedy Commercial Management team and become a Real Estate investor himself here in the Upstate.

Sam grew up playing various sports and enjoys being outdoors. When he is not watching Clemson sporting events, he spends his time hiking the mountains with his wife Rachel and playing golf with friends during his down time.

Danny Hinson

Rick Lowery

Upon earning his degree from the University of South Carolina, Rick embarked on a distinguished career, spanning three decades, initially as an entrepreneur in the Washington DC area. During this period, he owned and operated multiple Mobil Oil stations. In 2005, Rick returned to his hometown of Greenville, marking a pivotal moment in his professional journey.

For the subsequent 15 years, Rick contributed significantly to SYNNEX Corp, holding the role of Director of Product Management. In this capacity, he oversaw a team of over 50 Project Managers across various states, in addition to managing a team based in the Philippines. Rick’s commitment to precision and excellence played a pivotal role in the success of his projects and the overall efficacy of the teams under his supervision.

Retiring in early 2023, Rick made a deliberate decision to re-enter the workforce, seeking a new and invigorating career in commercial property management at Reedy Property Group.
